I’ve struggled with my relationship with food for most of my life. I’ve had good days and bad days. Days where I've spent hours in the kitchen food prepping & drinking green juice, and days where I've polished off a family sized bag of popcorn and a donut or two.
What I began to notice was that there was no in between for me. I was either "super healthy" or super bloated and depressed.
All of that started to change for me when I started learning how to really nourish my gut and listen to what my body was truly craving.
